From June 29 to July 2, 2023, Shenzhen hosted the world's first International Digital Energy Expo (IDEE) at the Convention and Exhibition Center, with the overarching theme of digital energy. The event attracted participation from over 100 countries and regions, 407 leading digital energy enterprises, and nearly 2,000 energy scholars, think tank experts, and global energy industry leaders. With over 68,000 professional visitors in attendance, the expo successfully established itself as a top-tier, high-caliber industry event in the digital energy domain.

2024 IDEE is scheduled to be held from September 8 to 11, 2024, at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Spanning approximately 50,000 square meters, the expo will feature dedicated exhibition areas highlighting energy storage, innovative power systems, renewable energy, core components for energy storage, digital empowerment, and integrated energy services, among others. It will serve as a platform to unveil new products, technologies, business models, and paradigms. A series of thematic forums will be organized, centering on topics such as the digital energy industry, modern power systems, digitalization of renewable energy, and international investment summits. The expo will feature launches of new tech and products, digital energy tech salons, and other activities.
